how restore hide files in program

Hi i have a problem., i hide some folders in my D drive whit Hide Folder 3.1., but after i have a problem in my windows C drive and i have to reinstall all. Bucause the program whas on C drive i reisntall it again and after can´t find my hide folders. This was happend once before and when i install the program the filles apear hiddin normal but now they gonne what should i do ?
