Two suggestions

1.) Upon installation, Hide Folder should integrate itself into the registry so that a user could right click on a file or folder and protect it

2.) It should be possible to not only protect a folder and the files within that folder, but it should also be possible to protect folders within folders and further.

Both of these changes would allow the program to be more user friendly, less time consuming, and more effective.
