Activation Issue

Hello I recently installed exe to service and ended up purchasing a license within a few hours. I installed the license key but it keeps asking me to register the product or use the trial version. I have tried several times to activate it but it does not seem to take. I do get a confirmation that says please restart exe to service but the window never goes away. Running on a Windows 2003 Server box. Any ideas?
